Recently Cristina and I purchased a new home and had it financed through John Gissal at Premier Home Lending.  I typically do not write testimonials, but the service I received from John and everyone at Premier Home Lending far exceeded anything that I expected.  From the beginning the service was exceptional.  John sat down with Cristina and I and went over all of our different loan options, patiently explaining all of our choice.  Once everything was decided John and Wayne handled everything.  We didn’t have to do a thing!  They even got insurance quotes for our new home for us to choice from, something I have never seen done by a mortgage company!  In the end, even after he was given an extremely tight timeframe to work under, John had our loan papers approved and to the title company 4 days before closing!  Remarkable is the only word I can think of to describe the service Cristina and I received from the team at Premier Home Lending.
